Initial observations from Colorado’s 38-31 overtime win/loss against Baylor in the Buffs’ return to Big 12 play at Folsom Field.

Shedeur Sanders threw a 43-yard touchdown pass on the last play of regulation and then the Buffaloes prevailed in overtime, topping Baylor 38-31, in front of a sold-out crowd of 52,794 at Folsom Field.

Saturday’s game between Colorado and Baylor was the start of a new era for the Buffs, but also a return to their old home.
