It was one of two tornadoes to spin up from Sunday’s storm system. The NWS confirmed Monday another EF-0 tornado touched down in Oakland County. That one was on the ground for approximately two minutes but did take some trees down and cause roof damage to multiple buildings.

The tornado spun up in a storm system that swept through Holly during the evening. It touched down at 6:56 p.m. and picked up two minutes later. It was on the ground for approximately a mile.

HOLLY, Mich. (WNEM) - This morning the National Weather Service has confirmed an EF-0 tornado touched down in Holly, MI on the evening of November 10. This was as a cold front swept through mid-Michigan bringing a line of showers and storms along with it.

Two tornadoes touched down in Michigan on Sunday night, the National Weather Service confirmed after surveying the areas. November tornadoes are rare in the state.
