Lionsgate and Kingdom Story Company renewed their first-look deal, meaning more faith-based films are likely on the horizon.

While Venom will easily take the top spot, in an ironic twist, two films about faith are battling for second place.

Venom: The Last Dance has shown decent traction at the global box office with an underwhelming opening week of stateside releases. The film forms part of the third installment in the Venom series and had a great run overseas.
