Former “Jackass” star Bam Margera found himself back behind bars in Chester County after allegedly violating his probation.

Margera was subsequently placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence and reckless driving. Since he’s currently serving out a six month probation sentence stemming from an altercation he had with his brother Jess Margera that sparked that infamous manhunt last year .

The former Jackass star, 44, was stopped by police in Pennsylvania on September 16 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and summary reckless driving - and he is set to spend the weekend at the Chester County Prison ahead of a court hearing on Monday to determine whether he has violated his probation.

The incident that landed Brandon “Bam” Margera in hot water began outside a family restaurant and ice cream shop, Gordon’s Cruise-In in rural Fulton County, Pa.
